Standard shipping is via UPS or USPS ground within the USA, and via USPS in countries and territories outside the United States. The MacKinnon Shop does not ship to all countries; for inquiries, you may contact us at cmswebstore@gmail.com. Most orders will be fulfilled in 1-2 business days; shipping times vary. Pewter items are made to order in Scotland and may take up to 4 weeks (or longer, in some cases) for arrival.

Returns are accepted within 90 days for refund or exchange. Clothing and apparel must be unwashed and unworn. For returns, or if any products suffer from manufacturer defects, contact us at cmswebstore@gmail.com. Shipping for item returns (without manufacturer defects) are the responsibility of the purchaser. "SALE" ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
